Jeremy Barretta
GAME DESIGNER
About Me
Jeremy is a recent graduate from Woodbury University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Game Design. During his time at WU, Jeremy has learned programming, level design, user experience design, and virtual reality development. He has also taken classes that focus on narrative design and screenwriting. Over the years of attending WU, he has discovered a love of systems design and finds himself often trying to break down how the games he plays operate. In his studies, he has worked in both group and solo settings, learning time and team management tools like Jira and version control applications like GitHub. During his senior year, he has solo-developed two senior capstone projects, the gothic-inspired Soulslike Spectre and the JRPG-inspired War-Torn. Video games have always been an important part of his life from an early age, and they have been able to help him meet so many amazing people. Jeremy has always loved stories and adores the way video games can elevate their stories. He hopes to do the same for others in the games that he can create.
